Chad Fahey
Founder, owner and Pack Leader! Coming from a career in Management and Purchasing, Chad is excited to finally pursue his true passion of owning a small business that is all about dogs! Chad's free time was typically spent working with dogs, talking about dogs, hanging out with dogs ... you get the picture. Over the past 15 years, Chad has worked for several pet care facilities and with various trainers in the Madison area. Chad is also a skilled leather craftsman, hand-making beautiful leather leashes, collars and training gear for dogs. You can find K9 Leather in several pet facilities and stores around Madison and southern Wisconsin. Now also available at Charlie's Bark Park!
Heidi Fahey
Heidi's background is in business management and information technology. After working in Middleton for the past 15 years, it's certainly nice to be close to home! You'll find Heidi doing just about everything at the facility, from greeting customers to sneaking in some time with the dogs. Heidi's primary focus at Charlie's is financial management and marketing.
Carla Christen
Carla Christen is now working full time at Charlie's! She joined us in December of 2010 and is approaching her first year anniversary! Originally from Belleville, she grew up around dogs and learned a lot of tips and tricks that make her a natural with the pack. She enjoyed taking animal/vet science classes in high school and is excited to be a part of the Bark Park! Carla enjoys spending her free time watching Vinyl Thunder play and hanging out with her three dogs (2 huskies and a beagle!. She also manages to sneak in some time with her two nieces, whether it be shopping or simply hanging out. Be sure to say hi to Carla next time you see her!
Elizabeth Schumacher
Liz has been with Charlie's Bark Park for over a year! She recently graduated from Belleville High School and is an animal lover at heart! She is actively involved in 4H and if you ask her about her chickens, she'll teach you things you never knew! You'll see Liz up front more these days, helping customers and learning our new computer system!
Ross Gilbert
Ross recently moved to the morning shift! You'll see him when you check in or drop your dog off for daycare! While he loves hanging out with the dogs (and has two husky's of his own!), he also enjoys graphic art and design. We like to call him "cake boss" - just ask him why! He's been with Charlie's Bark Park since the beginning of summer 2011, we're excited that he's part of our team!
Melinda Statz
Melinda Statz recently joined the Bark Park team! She is attending Belleville High School and is very involved in many activities and throughout the community! Welcome Melinda!
Liz Minkie
Welcome Liz! Originally from Monroe, Liz is excited to join the Charlie's gang! You'll see her working in the afternoons and on weekends! Be sure to say hello next time you see her!
